A Drupal Front ender is a web developer who specializes in creating the front-end of websites using Drupal, a popular open-source content management system (CMS).

The job requirements for a Drupal Front ender typically include:
  • Extensive Experience in Drupal: The candidate should have experience in using Drupal to create websites, including customizing themes, creating custom modules, and implementing functionality.
  • Strong Front-end Development Skills: The candidate should have a strong understanding of Twig, HTML, SCSS, and JavaScript, as well as experience with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap, Foundation, Materialize, or USWDS.
  • Extensive experience with Drupal Theming: The candidate should have extensive experience in Drupal theming, including creating and customizing Drupal themes, understanding of Drupal's theme system and template files, and the ability to create responsive designs. Experience translating design documents into pixel perfect twig templates.
  1. Understanding of Drupal's Module System: The candidate should have a good understanding of Drupal's module system and be able to integrate Drupal modules into custom themes.
  2. Understanding of Cross-browser Compatibility and Accessibility: The candidate should have a good understanding of cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and web standards, including W3C guidelines and WCAG.
  3. Knowledge of SEO Best Practices: The candidate should have a good understanding of SEO best practices and be able to implement them in Drupal websites.
  4. Communication and Teamwork: The candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and be able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Problem-solving and troubleshooting: The candidate should be able to troubleshoot problems and identify solutions to complex technical issues. Continuous learning: The candidate should have a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest Drupal technologies and best practices.
